Four Star Team Supports PHI Center in Tallahassee with Community Service Project
At Four Star Freightliner, supporting the communities we serve is part of who we are. This past Saturday, our Midway, Florida team had the opportunity to give back by volunteering at the Pregnancy Help and Information Center (PHI) in Tallahassee.
Our team spent the morning completing a variety of much-needed projects around the facility. From repairing sections of the building to removing and disposing of old furniture, as well as organizing storage rooms, the group worked efficiently to improve the space. The impact was immediate, saving the PHI Center weeks of labor and allowing their staff to focus their attention on preparing for their upcoming annual banquet.
The Pregnancy Help and Information Center (PHI) plays an important role in the Tallahassee community. The organization provides free and confidential services to women who believe they may be pregnant, those who are currently pregnant, and families with young children. PHI supports both mothers and fathers by helping them access emotional support and essential resources before and after the birth of their child. Their services are available to all individuals regardless of age, race, or religion.
This effort would not have been possible without the dedication of our team members and their families. We would like to recognize John Whitaker, Shop Foreman, along with his daughters Mackenzie and Brooklyn; Jamie Hargrove, Parts Manager, with his wife Lorrie and daughter Braylee; Christian Norris, Diesel Technician; and Sarah Morea, Service Advisor, alongside her husband Trevor and brother Brandon.
Their willingness to give their time reflects the values we stand for as a company. We are proud of the difference they made and honored to support an organization that is committed to helping families in need.
Four Star Freightliner remains dedicated to strengthening the communities we serve, one project at a time.
