Four Star helps kick off Florida Economic Development Week

Today, the Florida Economic Development Council kicks off its inaugural Florida Economic Development Week campaign. Four Star Freightliner Dealer Principal Jerry Kocan was in Tallahassee at the Capitol last week for the official announcement along with lawmakers, educators and other supporters.

He spoke about the $5 Million investment in Gadsden County and his commitment to supporting the new Diesel Systems Tech Training program at Gadsden Technical Institute that will be housed inside Four Star's Midway location.

The Florida Economic Development Week campaign is designed to highlight the significant contributions that economic development programs and professionals have on Florida communities and families.

FEDC and its 150 member organization will celebrate Florida Economic Development Week with proclamations, events, seminars, and social media campaigns.
